i’ve been compiling mental health resources into a list (this very database) for years. & you can gain access to it today! (view the list of topics & the types of resources here).
questions about the database are answered below. then when you’re ready, sign up to gain access!
-
access to the list of 2,000+ resources!
*please be aware that this isn't a library of 2,000+ resources--this is a list of third-party resources. many of these resources are free, but some are paid. you won’t gain access to every resource—some of the items listed are books, products, courses and other resources that you will have to purchase directly from the author/source. i’ve included detailed information to be able to access these resources. additionally, i’ve included hundreds of free resources, including podcasts, worksheets, handouts, exercises & videos.
i update the database regularly & include a key to show which resources have been recently added. so, by subscribing monthly, you'll continually gain access to additional resources as they're added.
-
i don’t provide a preview to the entire database, but you can view the table of contents & glossary of topics.
-
you can view the table of contents & glossary to see the total number of resources currently listed!

anyone! if you are someone looking for tools & resources to support your mental health, there is a lot in the database that can help you. if you are a therapist seeking resources to provide to your clients or to further your own education, the database would be a great tool for you, too.

like most therapists, i have specific areas that I specialize in. my areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, women’s issues & relationships. because of my draw to those specific areas, you’ll find that there are a few more resources included within those areas. that being said, i have compiled resources on a wide range of topics and plan to continue expanding the list. you can view an updated list of topics on the glossary page here.

while there are resources collected from many sources, most of these are primarily accessible in the united states. If you are located outside of the united states, by signing up for this membership, you are agreeing that you are aware you may not be able to have access to all of the listed resources.
-
no, handouts that i've created are not accessible through the database. those are available for purchase separately.
are you ready to gain access to 2,000+ resources to support you in your mental health or as a mental health professional? if so…
